The farm was idyllic; beautiful, comfortable, close to town yet very private and quiet. Really, it felt more like visiting a friends than renting a house. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a family wedding to attend right next door so the location was excellent. There was lots of room for everyone and grandkids loved the bunk bed room. The house was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We watched elk graze on the hillside and the yard was well taken care of. The chickens roaming around made us feel at home. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

What a wonderful place!! The views are AMAZING. We stayed for 4 nights & every morning we woke up to see a herd of 50ish elk on the hillside, then at night you can see the lights of LaGrande spread out below you.We had Thanksgiving at the house & our family was able to spread out and really enjoy each other.The hosts live close by and are very responsive to any inquiries.

I booked the house for my crew that was working in La grande. The house was amazing. Super clean and a great location. Wish we could have had more time to spend there. We got done with our job early and were able to head home. The owners were super kind with us leaving early. Would stay there again and would tell others to stay there.

Loved the chickens and Rosie (the little heifer, who delighted the kids by licking their shoes and trying to get them to play). The beautiful view was amazing. The funny tree house rules and precautions were delightful. The house was spotless and spacious. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and sweetly down to earth.

This “farmhouse” was fully modern, well equipped, and gave us a lovely, quiet place to relax during our stay.A short drive from town, it was easy to shop or go out for dinner, but we were away from the highway and railroad noise of La Grande. A special bonus was the fresh eggs that everyone really appreciated in their morning omelets.
